Hi All

We all know that God loves us, but how does God show His love for us? He shows He loves us in many different ways for example He blesses us, He protects us, He shows us grace and mercy we don't deserve,but Jesus summed  it up best when he said "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”.(John 3:16). Jesus told His disciples in John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends” which is a reference to His death on the cross and by doing so demonstrated God’s the unconditional,sacrificial and eternal love for us which opens the door to a personal relationship with Him through Jesus…Thank You Lord !

God's Love

9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.  10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

In Christianity, God's love for humanity is unconditional, sacrificial,and eternal. The incredible thing is that God's love is a gift to us and not something we can earn and nothing we could ever do could make God love us any less.There is nothing more powerful in our lives than the love our heavenly Father has for us, His children. His love can move mountains, stop the roaring seas, heal broken bones and wounded hearts, transform lives, and set free those held captive by sin and shame. So great is his love for you and me that he sent his only Son to die that we might live through him(2Corinthians 5:15).

There are many Bible verses speak to God's love, including John 3:16 ("For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life") and Romans 5:8 ("But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us"). As Christians we need to understand that God's love is a fundamental aspect of Christian faith.It is a love that is both powerful and personal and never changes no matter what and all we have to do is be willing to receive it and allow His love to heal us restore us and lead us into the abundant life that awaits Amen !
