Hi All

When we are in the midst of trials we can pray to The Lord for the  strength to get through.“Strength in the Lord" refers to the spiritual and inner strength which comes from having a personal relationship with God, who provides us with  courage, resilience, and hope during life's challenges. When we pray to God, meditate on His promises given through scripture and fully trust Him, He will give us the strength to endure whatever we face even in our weakest moments by using His divine power to strengthen us. God is our ongoing power source who strengthens us when we are weak as scripture tells us “He gives strength to the weary,”(Isaiah 40:29) and when we cry out to Him He answers to quote King David “On the day I called, You answered me; You made me bold with strength in my soul”.(Psalm 138:3)

Be Blessed and Encouraged

Strength in The Lord

8 Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me.   9 And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.   10 Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

(2 Corinthians 12:8-10)

There was a young man who lost his left arm in a car crash, but he was determined to learn judo. After several months of teaching he had still only learned one move but his instructor insisted on entering him into a competition, when the young man questioned this decision the instructor insisted he was equipped to do well. The young man to his amazement then went on to win all his matches in the competition and the reason for this was as follows. The instructor had taught the young man the most difficult move in judo and the only way to combat an attack from this move was to grab your opponent's left arm !(God uses your weakness to make you strong)We all have times when we think things we are given to do are beyond us and out with our abilities and this can lead to unnecessary worry, but instead of worrying we should trust God because worry achieves nothing  "Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows :- it empties today of its strength. "

We all have weaknesses which very often we don't like to admit. What God wants us to realise is that in our weakness we can see God's strength but to enable that to happen we must first admit our frailties in front of God and tell him  I'm not OK and need your help with this Lord as I can't do this alone.  So folks when things seem impossible trust the Lord because:-We have a God who delights in impossibilities

Amen!
