The Bible describes Heaven as God's eternal dwelling place for believers(Revelation 21:3),a restored paradise characterized by a deep, far reaching,peace,where there will be no suffering,a place where we will have an active joyful existence spent in the presence of God.What a blessing it is knowing that as believers we will spend eternity worshiping God, fellowshipping with other believers, serving, reigning with Christ, exploring the new universe,and resting,all completely free from pain, sorrow, or sin in a place He has prepared for us(John 14:1-3)

Our True Home

20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ;   21 who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.

(Philippians 3:20-21).

One of the things many Christians ask themselves is what we will do in Heaven ?According to scripture and biblical teaching, in Heaven we shall join with the angels and fellow believers to continuously present our sacrifice of praise to our Lord and Creator(Revelation 7:9-12). The Bible also tells us that we shall “continually serve him joyfully(Revelation 7:15).

Romans 8:17 tells us that as believers we are heirs with Christ and  in Ephesians we are promised that we will reign with Christ in the heavenly realms.(Ephesians 2:6).

What a wonderful place Heaven will be,a place of rest and complete peace where we will be freed from the burdens,struggles and general weariness of earthly life. As believers we are not of this world NO we are “Citizens of Heaven”passing through earth(Philippians 3:20).
